Meet the Founder
Angie Peter is a dedicated educator, consultant, coach, and real estate professional with a passion for empowering teachers, schools, and organizations. With about 20 years in education, teacher training, and business consulting, she has helped countless educators and countless education facilities improve their quality standards, increase enrollment, and enhance their financial sustainability. She has also a founder and president of a nonprofit, leading parents in assisting their children’s education.
As the founder of ANGIE, LLC (Academy of Nurturing Guidance, Instruction & Education) Angie brings a unique blend of expertise in education, real estate, and business development. She has worked with low performing schools in boosting their ratings (TRS), and guided entrepreneurs through the process of starting and expanding their childcare and educational facilities. Her experience as a real estate professional with one of the top performing real estate teams in Texas, further strengthens her ability to assist clients in securing commercial properties for their businesses and residential properties for families.
Angie’s mission is to support educators, families, and business owners in creating foundations that positively impact children’s lives. Whether through coaching, consulting, real estate services, or professional development, she is committed to helping others build strong platforms for success.
